ELECTRONIC LIMITS

Rapido is a Three phase motor, ideal for the rapid doors’ market.
All models are provided with an electromagnetic brake, which stops suddenly the inertia of the motor, and an integrated safety brake.
Digital limits with Absolute encoder. No readjustment after power failure (necessary if a control unit with inverter is used).

OVERLOAD SAFETY FACTOR
Motor overload safety factor = 4 x the nominal motor amperage because the starting current of the Rapido can reach these levels for short periods.

MANUAL OPERATION
Rapido is supplied with hand crank for manual operation when power cuts off

EUROPEAN DIRECTIVES
The motor is made in accordance with product standards EN 13241-1 Doors- and EN 12453 Safety for power operated doors.
  • The high motor safety factor guarantees a lifting capacity higher than the nominal one.
  • Each component can hold dynamic loads over the nominal torque.
  • Integrated safety brake: made in accordance with product standards EN 13241-1 Doors- and EN 12453 Safety for power operated doors.
  • Very low dB level.
  • Hand crank override.

•It is possible for the installer to independently convert the connection of the gearmotor power supply from star (400V) to triangle (230V) and vice versa.
