SIDONE MAXXI
ELECTRONIC ENCODER LIMITS
Sidone MAXXI is a Three phase motor with integrated safety brake. The worm gear makes the motor irreversible.
The typical application are: heavy rolling shutters, rolling grilles, vertical lift doors and sectional doors without spring compensation.
Digital limits with Absolute encoder. No readjustment after power failure (necessary if a control unit with inverter is used).
OVERLOAD SAFETY FACTOR
Motor overload safety factor = 4 x the nominal motor amperage because the starting current of the Sidone can reach these levels for short periods.
MANUAL OPERATION
The manual override devices (handchain override) when power cuts-off, are based on a max strength of the end user of almost 40kg. In big or extremely heavy shutters the manual override is only intended in down direction.
HOLDING TORQUE
The drive unit, is capable of holding the weight
of the door without slippage. The holding capability is the admissible load bearing of the worm gear construction.
The motor is made in accordance with product standards EN 13241-1 Doors- and EN 12453 Safety for power operated doors.
